Description
Eiffel Tower is one of the most wanted and visited places in Paris by thousands of artists and tourists alike for the last 120-plus years. This painting is about Eiffel Tower and Paris dramatic skies. It might be interesting to know a few facts about Eiffel Tower. It was completed in 1889 for the Paris world exhibition; and, the construction took two years. As many as 132 workers were accomplishing plan under eagle eyes of 50 engineers. The Eiffel Tower was the tallest building in the world when it was completed in 1889, and it stayed that way until 1930. When the main construction was done, it took 25 workers to paint the Eiffel Tower, and every seven years it takes 50 tons of paint in order to protect the beauty of Eiffel Tower. When this grandiose structure withholds a strong wind, it actually can swing back and force approximately 13 centimeters from its initial position. Because Eiffel Tower is made of metal, in winter it shrinks 6 inches, and in summer it expands up to 3.25 inches.

Wonderful POV. The soft colors are a nice counterbalance to the massive size and strength of the Tower.
